Last Wednesday my froend called me we chatted a bit long, at the end of the call he said " God be with you" and I closed the call by "Okays". The next day I suffered from fever (due to water change), but I went to office and got permission and get back to home. I closed my windows,covered myself with blanket and started heating up bed.
Even with severe head ache my mind reminded me friend’s yesterday quote “GOD be with you”.
If GOD with me, how come this virus came in to my body and everything hurts, all my muscles. Who created Virus, it affected my daily life simply because my body temperature was just 102.3 F (through tongue) it’s moderate only but it packed me in bed. I m just thinking, apart from fever what are other diseases in this world ,how many virus waiting outside to taste me . Viruses are found wherever there is life and have probably existed since living cells first evolved; about 5,000 viruses have been described in detail, although there are millions of different types.
A virus can survive on any surface just waiting for someone to touch it. Once it's on a person's hands, it's a short trip to their mouth and nose to complete its journey of infection.
How to protect myself with these viruses?
We no need to bother.
Our skin is unable to be penetrated by bacteria and viruses, which is why we need to wash any cut of space or wound to prevent infection. We have hairs in your nose to help keep out foreign particles that would let germs in. Whenwe inhale a foreign object your body senses it and tries to cough it out. There are cilia in your lungs that push foreign particle out. Your body also has an intricate defense system to kill any foreign bacteria or virus that doesn't belong using leukocytes etc. to kill them.

Ø Drinking the proper amount of water appropriate for your weight will boost a body's immunity.
Ø The human body was made to rest and recover, not work continuously. Therefore, begin to pace yourself and set a schedule for bed. This will help your body be more alert while also making you safer and more careful about protecting yourself against harmful bacteria and viruses.
Ø Eating healthy and regularly gives your body the strength that it may need in the event of an attack against itself
Ø Yoga is excellent for defusing and managing stress levels. The better managed your stress levels are, the easier it is for your body to fight off disease.

at includes vitamin C, Zinc and 1,000IU's of vitamin D selecting a good multivitamin will aid your body in defending itself.
Ø Get exercise at least 5 times each week
God created the body!!! If u believe, and He can fix the body, restoring it through any and all things. Therefore, let fear go, and with faith, combat illnesses. Faith reduces all the stress put on you and gives the issue to God to handle.
